We allow all merchandise, with the original receipt or packing slip, to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase by mail to our Customer Care Department. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or merchandise credit.
Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase will be in the form of a store credit at the current retail price. Items returned after 90 days of purchase will not be accepted. If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please Contact Us immediately. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.

We are unable to process exchanges. If you need a different item from the one you purchased, you will need to return your item and place a new order.
Items with Personalized Embroidery
All sales are final on personalized* items cannot be returned. No refunds or merchandise credits will be given.
*Personalization is the addition of text to the back of caps/hats or monograms to visors.
Items Ordered from Our ‘Design Your Own’ Builder
All sales are final on items ordered from our Design Your Own builder, and cannot be returned. No refunds or merchandise credits will be given.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship hats back to the returns department, are non-refundable. On a case by case basis, we will issue a credit for reasonable and customary freight charges if the returned item is defective or incorrect. Please include a postal receipt in your return package.
