The new catalog and state-of-the-art decoration techniques debuted for Company representatives at the Imperial Sales Meeting in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico last month, and early reaction to the new product line from key accounts has been extremely positive.

“Imperial continues to impress me with their product quality, decoration innovation and quick turnaround service,” said Camille Furgeson, merchandise manager at Cordillera Ranch near San Antonio, Texas. “Our headwear sales have increased significantly since I’ve started purchasing hats from Imperial. My members love Imperial and I can’t keep them on the shelves!”

The 2018 Collection from Imperial boasts over a dozen new products and color additions in best selling styles. Imperial also released a brand new capsule collection dubbed the “Signature Series,” which allows customers to private label high-end, specialty fabric caps in small minimum order quantities of just 2 dozen.

“Our product offering for next season is extremely impressive in both style and variety,” said David Shaffer, director of marketing at Imperial Headwear. “But the new decoration techniques we developed for small minimum and quick-turn domestic embellishment are absolute game changers.”

Imperial’s new domestic decoration techniques now available include:

  • 3D Insignia – A high frequency PU welded patch with raised surfaces that is applied with heat, achieves staggering detail and logo accuracy. It complements performance styles, such as Imperial’s best selling X210P, well due to its visual technology and overall aesthetic.
  • Micro Heat-Transfer – A weed-less heat seal that can be applied to small, hard to decorate areas, such as the back strap of a cap or the small front panel of a ladies visor. These transfers mimic a screen print application and appear to be part of the fabric. They can also be printed in single color or multiple colors for a variety of uses.
  • Laser Etch Suede Patch – A vintage leather patch look with laser etched logo detail one shade darker than the material itself. Goes well with Imperial’s Heritage Collection and knit hats.

Imperial will be exhibiting the new Collection at the PGA Fashion & Demo Experience on August 15th-16th in Las Vegas at The Venetian Hotel. To make an appointment with Imperial Headwear (Booth #613) at the PGA Fashion & Demo Experience, please click here: http://bit.ly/2uQTmkp
